Riders currently include National level time-trial riders, a para-athlete, duathletes, mountain-bikers, road racers and sportive riders.  They’ve all found an edge with Clinterval Coaching training plans.

Based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, Clinterval Coaching aims to help all riders to become fitter and faster. This is not only through training plans but also aiding riders in best practices for preparation and recovery for racing.  As much of the coaching is completed via online tools such as TrainingPeaks, there is no geographical restriction to client location.

Training Plans include the following:

Standard Plan – month 1: £150, following months: £130

  • Consultation, personal evaluation & setting of goals
  • Setting of training zones
  • TrainingPeaks Premium membership
  • Custom training plan, reviewed twice monthly.
  • Pacing strategy for target event, once a month. (On request)
  • Unlimited coach contact.
  • Race file analysis (on request), twice monthly.
  • Performance Review, every 6 months.
  • Minimum term, 3 months.

Hill Climb Plan – Sept/October: £195 – Book now for September-October 2018.

  • Consultation, personal evaluation & setting of goals
  • Setting of training zones
  • TrainingPeaks Premium membership (for duration of plan)
  • Custom training plan, aimed towards National Hill Climb Championships (or other target climb)
  • No ongoing commitment
