Based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, Clinterval Coaching aims to help all riders to become fitter and faster. This is not only through training plans but also aiding riders in best practices for preparation and recovery for racing.

Perfomance Manager Plans

As much of the coaching is completed via online tools such as TrainingPeaks, there is no geographical restriction to client location.

Each Clinterval rider has sessions set for their own aims and no two riders having the same programme.

Training Plans include the following:

Standard Plan – month 1: £150, following months: £130

  • Consultation, personal evaluation & setting of goals
  • Setting of training zones
  • TrainingPeaks Premium membership
  • Custom training plan, reviewed twice monthly.
  • Pacing strategy for target event, once a month. (On request)
  • Unlimted coach contact
  • Race file analysis (on request), twice monthly – given in above feedback session.
  • Performance Review, every 6 months.
  • Minimum term, 3 months.

Hill Climb Plan – one month: £180

  • Consultation, personal evaluation & setting of goals
  • Setting of training zones
  • TrainingPeaks Premium membership (1 month)
  • Custom training plan, aimed towards National Hill Climb Championships
  • No ongoing commitment.
