Clinterval Coaching Limited offers custom cycling coaching, founded by Matt Clinton, multiple National Champion and medalist.

Clinterval Coaching aims to help all riders to become fitter and faster. Individual training plans are created for each client, including unlimited contact, coaching riders in best practices for preparation and recovery for racing.

Using online tools such as TrainingPeaks, Clinterval Coaching aims to be a partnership between coach and client, enabling each rider to perform to their best.

Every Clinterval Coaching rider has sessions set for their own aims and no two riders having the same programme.  Whether you work shifts and have limited time, or you’re much more flexible, a plan can be created for you.
